Pros:Kristina Matlock checked me out and did a great job with dealing with a rude customer, she was very nice and a pleasure to deal with at the end of this stay.
Cons:First when I arrived about 8pm on Friday April 10th coming from another Comfort Inn just outside of Nashville TN. I went in to check in and the woman at the desk was crabby and rude. She asked for my ID and then rudely told me to take it out and complained because the website I went through does not enter any information so she had to do it and was not happy that she had to enter in the info. I was still very nice to her and she did get a little better. After I was checked in and me and my children had to bring our bags up to the third floor and pass the pool to get there I reallized what the front desk lady was dealing with and why she may be crabby. the children in the pool were coming out in the hall soaking wet and that made the floor like a flood in the hall, they spilled there food in the hall and were up and down the elevator all night. Very rude kids and parents were not controlling them. We were staying there for my sons soccer tournament, these people with the rude children were not with any sports that I could see. When I got to our room within 20 min of being there I was walking next to the bed not even touching the mattress and my ankle hit the metal frame that was covered by the bedskirt. It still hurts today, I have a puncture wound and bruising with pain when I move my foot up. then when we got our roll away bed we had to move the chair and the dust on the lamp base was really bad. Sunday morning when I went down for breakfast it was horrible in that area very dirty, the line to check out was past the first door. Again they need to be staffed appropriately when you are booked solid. I waited in line over 35min to make my kids food for breakfast.
