Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and professional staff, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and shuttle service were also highlighted positively by several guests. However, there were notable concerns about cleanliness in some rooms, outdated furnishings, noise levels, and issues with value for price, such as unexpected charges and expensive dining. Despite these drawbacks, many guests found their stay pleasant, especially appreciating the service and atmosphere.

Pros (+) Adrienne, the waitress, was awesome. She was outgoing, warm and friendly.
Cons (-) The bath would not drain and the water would only switch from bath to shower part way. Half the water was still coming out of the tub spout when switched to the shower position. Mentioned the bath not draining to the cleaning lady as we left and she said "yes I know, maintenance is supposed to fix it". And yet they put us in the room anyway knowing of the issue. Mentioned all of this to the staff ...
