Pros (+) The facility was clean and the managers happy hour was good.
Cons (-) I called ahead for a room with a view instead what I got was a room with a dumpster view. Also they gave me the handicapped room. Being in honors member I should have received a basket of candy and water which I did not I went to the front desk and ask for it and never received it
Cons (-) The fact that they didn't have our reservation when we showed up. Big screw up on kayaks part
Pros (+) The entire staff had a great attitude, the breakfast was exellent and the lobby was very roomy yet personal. We also took advantage of the burger bar, possibly the best onion rings we ever had
