The front desk staff was great. Check in was smooth. The rooms are in desperate need of a refresh and it was easily noted that the beds and furniture rarely get moved around for a good cleaning (coins and old food around the edges). The pool was clean and nice, but security not allowing anyone on the pool deck without a bracelet seemed a bit over the top and the pool not opening until checkout time also not super customer friendly. It’s very loud if you have small children that need an earlier bedtime as well. Overall we would not stay again.
