Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the town and access key attractions. The service was frequently described as exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist with parking, luggage, and special occasions. Breakfast received high marks for its variety and quality, with several guests noting it exceeded expectations. Many appreciated spacious and comfortable rooms, though a recurring negative was the lack of an elevator, making upper floors less accessible for some guests. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression, especially for its hospitality, location, and breakfast offerings.

Pros (+) Very accommodating to let us check in early With not being able to extend our stay at another hotel in Rothenburg due to season.
Cons (-) Very hard bed. Offered balcony room but directly above kitchen and residential parking area, loud. Very tiny bathroom area.
