The hotel was in an excellent location to explore Ruse.

My second year staying there and i loved the location as easy distance to the centre and shopping area. after a good shoes day shopping , i was able to have a massage and spa treatment at hotel for about one third of price in ireland!!
Had steak dinner and needed good teeth to chew meat!!!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Spotless rooms and public areas. The swimming pools (outdoor and indoor ) and spa provided relaxation whatever the weather. Excellent range of massages and beauty treatments at affordable prices. Food was varied, well presented and delicious.
The amount of storage in bedrooms was inadequate - no drawers for clothing and limited space in the wardrobe.
