Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and a disappointing breakfast. Many found the service lacking and noted issues such as unhelpful staff, unclear policies, and safety concerns. However, a number of guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, proximity to major roads, and access to nearby restaurants. Some rooms were described as clean and comfortable, but these positives were outweighed by the negative experiences reported by the majority of reviewers.AI-generated from customer reviews
