Pros: The owners were very nice and very detailed oriented, the breakfast exceded our expectations.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely. Place was well kept and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Given a third floor room with steep stairs. Out of breath even tho owner carried my luggage. I had to carry it down. Also breakfast was a croque Mouseiur with maple syrup. Not good for a diabetic. When I refused it I was admonished that I should have let them know the day before. How was I to know it wasn’t a simple buffet. If they knew what they were cooking they could have asked me.

We were on our way to pick up our boys from camp the next morning, and this was a perfect stop-over for the night and morning. Thank you! We hope to be back again!

Pros: We were very pleased with the connecting rooms. The sheets were amazing and the decorating was coordinated and tasteful. The breakfast was more than generous.
Cons: We stayed in a French-speaking area and the hosts didn't seem that fluent in English, but we were able to communicate. That was okay, but we wished we could have talked more with them.

Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: By far, the hosts are the best part of this establishment. Friendly and sweet is the couple that runs this b&b.
Cons: The room layout was bizarre having to share the shower and a closet for a bathroom. I believe a T.V would have been appropriate in the room. I don’t have much experience with B&B, but the fact that you could hear the other visitors was off putting to me.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor; easy to access; comfy unit in all aspects; great view of the ski hill; plenty of room for our two families - everyone had their own space without getting in each other’s way. Close to stores, restaurants and ski hills.
Cons: A little light on some kitchen utensils we would have considered basic - no strainer/colander to drain pasta; only a couple of pots available to cook so had to cook in batches; couple of light bulbs burnt out or switches that didn’t turn anything on. Otherwise was a great place!

Pros: Excellent facility with superb view of ski hill

Pros: They get almost everything especially small things like cotton pads ready.Clean and practical.
Cons: No electricity fan in the bathroom. Too close to the road.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The waters was polluted, and mixed with sewerage, it’s really dangerous and it can cause a disease
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the friendliness of the owner. The rooms were wonderful and the jacuzzi tub was a bonus. The grounds were lovely.
Cons: Only thing we had a problem with was the air conditioner in room 25. Maybe it's just us but we couldn't find a way to turn it on..our friends had no problem with theirs.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The Motel grounds were a pleasant surprise. As we were driving into the area, we passed a number of run down motels and businesses that gave us a bit of a concern. As we pulled into the motel parking, we saw a meticulously maintained grounds along with the owner out working. She greeted us and took care of the business end in the office. The Motel is older, but when Motels dotted the land no doubt, but this one is unbelievebly clean and maintained. Not a spec of dust to be found in the room. Nicely decorated with ample towels for the shower and the huge jacuzzi tub. My wife loved the little table set by the window.
Cons: The air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to cool the room down the day we arrived. It was very hot and humid (in the 90's) to be fair. After dark, it did finally catch up.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Check in was quick and friendly. Super clean. The kettle in the room was a bonus.

7.5 Good
Cons: You could not rent movies there was no hot tub and the WiFi was soso. The neighbourhood was very plain..a few places to.eat and a grocery store.
6.8 Good
Pros: breakfast offered a selsction of different meals, some with an upcharge. Even the regular one was delicious with fruits, bred and good coffee.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was great to have a room with no carpets.
Cons: There's a lack of signage to find the hotel. (unless it was buried under snow :)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good
Cons: It’s good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were attending a wedding in Mirabel and after researching we thought this was the perfect location. The restaurant and bar was very nice and the food was great. A shout out to our waitress for breakfast Christine, she was very pleasant and was attentive to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and good size.
Cons: The gym was a little disappointing. Needed more equipment and the room was stuffy, no ventilation and it was right by the front desk with people going by. If you shut the door ....no air!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The free breakfast was very good. It was a nice addition as staying only for one night, the room was expensive. The room was very nice, you could see it had been renovated, nice bathroom. Comfy king size bed. The restaurant food was very good, we had diner there.
Cons: It pains me to say this, but the noise from the plumbing was a big disappointment! Just flushing the toilet, you would hear a big bang when it finished. The noise from running the water in the tub before starting the shower was incredible! Once the shower started, the noise stopped, luckily! If not for this problem I would have given a 5/5
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel worked pretty well for us: nice, big and very clean room close to the place we needed to be. Although this is mainly a business hotel, if you are in that area can be used as a good place to stop. I really appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff and the possibility of checkin out at 13 free of charge because it really helped us to prepare all the luggage (I was travelling with an infant). In the proximity there are plenty of restaurants (and of course there is also one in the hotel if you prefer). Transfer time to airport is more or less half an hour, and the highway is directly accessible.
7.0 Good
Cons: There was poor signage for the hotel. I drove past it twice before I finally pulled in the parking lot where my GPS said it should be located. I was going to enter the facility to ask if the Best Western had been bought by another company and then saw a small sign by the door that had Best Western in it. It is one of the most un-marked hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

6.3 Good
Pros: Nice quiet central location. Relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed Great Shower and bath.
Cons: Old and tired place - badly in need of up date and TLC .Grass needed cut around the house. Only one electrical outlet in room. Table light was wired with tape! Room small and cramped. No A/C. No Facility for making coffee/tea. Sink in bedroom - none in bathroom. Very inconvenient No privacy possible in bathroom. Breakfast - no choice - not cooked - coffee cold. Staff a bit cold and distant - could have been language barrier. Hot tub not working. Pool very small
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cosy fire place in the main room. Nicely decorated bedroom with nice bathroom.
Cons: The light ribbon in the main room, where breakfast is served.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: No AC in the room I left the windows wide open in order to keep the old smell out of the room,it was advertised as hotel but it is bed and breakfast ,no name sign of the hotel ,exposed toilet and tub with a curtain no privacy.it is very old bishop/ non house.for the money I could find better.nice owners but the too tired ,problem adjusting the hot /cold water old piping .
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hosts are very attentive and accommodating. They will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfasts are good but the menu is the same from one visit to the next.
Cons: They have rooms that are rented out to long-term customers and those customers can make you feel like you are intruding into their space. Especially when they drop little comments to each other about how you are disrupting their comfort. We had reserved a specific room that we liked and found out a couple days before our trip that we got bumped for a long-term rental.

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice, indoor pool was great and it was very clean. Located close to everything and also quiet
Cons: We stayed two nights...it was good in general but in one of the rooms, matresses were way too soft, like sinking in it. Also, the continental breakfast was ok but no fruits and the cretons and cheeze were left on a table all morning so we didn't feel safe eating it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room
Cons: The breakfast was horrible
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also took advantage of the discounts provided by the hotel at local restaurants. The pool was also enjoyable.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the outdoor pool, spa and sauna area!!!
Cons: Corridors are outdated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Must give a special shout out to the young woman at the front desk. Very professional, welcoming and informative, went way out of her way to be helpful. Bed also super comfy and breakfast (included) on the garden terrace.
Cons: TV had audio but no visual. Pool is small for the number of guests...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool was very nyce and spa
Cons: We would like to have a little bit bigger bed ,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and hottub were amazing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, spacious room with coffee maker, small fridge and micro-wave. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants.
Cons: I found it loud at times, especially around the pool area and hot tub. There was a big gathering on the patio adjacent to the pool area and they were very loud. The party lasted for a long time! My room was close to the side entrance of the hotel and people would gather to smoke late at night and not being considerate of their volume. I know it's not the hotel's fault. A room further from the door would have definitely been better. I also found the bed very uncomfortable. It had a foam mattress topper, which made the bed very uncomfortable... maybe a new mattress is in order instead of the topper?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We had a wonderful time: relaxed, I fussy atmosphere with a rustic feel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and quiet room, well equipped (suite) nice bed nothing to complain about the room and hotel facilities in general, garden and pool areas even better than pictures. Not cheap but not too high compared to other hotels and for a suite with hot tub and living room. Great stay but big disappointment about the breakfast, maybe the worst option i had ever, the basic continental breakfast in any hotel has more food options and maybe better quality, straight from the grocery stores with no real croissants, horrible set up and presentation ...only down in this nice hotel.
Cons: Breakfast is the most basic ever, not up to the standards of the room/price and hotel overall vibe. Too bad, so great overall / awful breakfast experience
7.0 Good
Pros: nice service and clean rooms and pool area
Cons: the decor is outdated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was nothing fancy but was certainly adequate and had good quality items. Location was good, the room was nice and clean with a large bathroom and facilities in general were fine.
Cons: The whole place in general is getting a bit tired. There have been some renos and updates but there are a number to do and maintain to keep what is a nice good value place from becoming rundown and potentially not providing a pleasant stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was close to everything!!! Staff was great
Cons: One problem after the other. First bed was dirty, chair broke, bath broke, fire alarm started for no reason, tv didn't want to close then didn't want to open

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: It was clean, but that's the only good thing, this hotel has the worst quality of bed I've ever slept on!
Cons: Beds are way to hard, extremely hard. The staff was treating me and my wife with a very condescending tone. We tried several beds and they were all hard as plywood. I choose this hotel because of the brand comfort inn, but they do not meet we the standard I was used to. I will not recommended and will not go there ever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: I would feel bad if i had anything bad to say about them, they were perfect!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good considering we had to leave early in the morning and were only able to enjoy the cold breakfast. We had many choices for nearby restaurants.
Cons: The evening staff could have been more accommodating.
7.0 Good
Pros: The roome was fine. The remote control for the TV did not work There was no there to helpme The employee at the reception was alone. Their scrambled eggs are especially good. Wi-fi worked well and room was comfortable. Free parking and close to many restaurants.
Cons: Room was very dimly lit. No overhead light, only 3 lamps. It was hard to read in here.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, staffs were very kind , quiet and clean room, loved walk in the woods near the hotel.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was nice.
Cons: If we'd known how far this place was from a restaurant for dinner I wouldn't have picked it. We hadn't ordered the table d'hote beforehand and so had to take a taxi into town at a cost of $28 there and back for dinner. The roads are hilly and dangersous for bikers and walkers. The table d'hote should be offered to everyone at check in.

Pros: Breakfast was nice
Cons: Reception
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, flexible timing of breakfast. Also, nice authentic feel to this building with real wooden floors, etc. Clean.

Pros: The breakfast was awesome.

Pros: A quaint and cozy little B&B The owner was very friendly and most accomodating
Cons: We had to walk down a long corridor to get to the bathroom The room had two beds which I asked for and it was a bit cramped. The other rooms in the Auberge were lovely and had ensuite bathrooms but only one bed

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superbe. Homemade jams and preserves were a nice touch. Right off the highway and 5 mins from St. Sauveur was perfect. The hosts were very nice and parking was ample
Cons: No television in the room and the shower was small for a bigger fellow like myself. The pool and hot tub were off limits after 9pm which was a bit disappointing. These were not deal breakers but would have been nice to know before booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent loved it
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The entire experience was an extremely positive one, but the breakfasts were just so delicious. The plates were works of art, visually and to the palate! Sylvie is truly an artist in the kitchen! Filling but not heavy, healthy, with lots of fresh fruit as well as a hot portion which was a surprise each morning, and a small healthy dessert. The pool was lovely and refreshing, and towels for the pool were supplied. The whole property felt very private. We enjoyed good conversations at the table with the other guests and Sylvie. We would highly recommend this B and B!
Cons: Nothing! :)
7.0 Good
Pros: Amazing breakfast, in fact, 3 courses, all freshly made in the kitchen. Croissants exceptional and salad picked from the garden. Breakfast served in the solarium with a view onto the lovely garden.
Cons: For $125 one would expect a bathroom inside the room. We had a “private” bathroom opposite the room but the rate should be lowered to reflect this. Our friends had the same rate, bigger room, with a toilet and a bath in their room. Since most guests would be biking the petit train du nord, I would suggest a bike rack or shed behind the house that guests could use to lock up their bikes.

Pros: Friendly staff, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Fine for a one-night stay.

Pros: Amazing location and facilities. Must be beautiful under the snow AND during the summer. Great restaurant. Superb view.
Cons: I had to ask for bedsheets for the spare bedroom and do the bed myself. It said that the pool was under renovation... but it wasnt... unfortunately we hadnt brought swim suits
5.8 Okay
Pros: Really old hotel Needs updates The room was a 2km walk through gross carpeted hallways . Food in restaurant wasn’t good . Hotel walls a paper thin
7.0 Good
Pros: The room is nothing special. It was nice to sit outside on the grounds.
Cons: Breakfast not included.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer's service was excellent. They changed our room no problem.
Cons: We could hear the upstairs neighbors when they were talking. Almost heard what they said.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: for itself was good ... but the CUSTOMER SERVICE .... AWFUL!!!!!
Cons: · the response to customer service was the worst ever. I purposely booked this hotel for a ONE night stay during spring break. the day before arrival I called to I specifically asked if the pool was opened, cause my 12yr daughter was with us and another couple and being the only child I wanted her to have some fun swimming as she did not want to ski. Once we settled in my husband and daughter immediately head for the pool, they stayed a whole of 5 minutes. It was overpowered with chlorine, it was cold, the water was greenish and dirty. I went to the reception to see if it would be fixed shortly ... they answered in a few hours ... we went back in the evening still the same... we checked in the following morning still the same. Basically no pool!!! as I recounted my situation to the young lady at the reception and she offered no remedy or empaty... so I asked to be compensated in some way, she finally offered us breakfast ... which ended up being another awful experience. once seated at breakfast ... we were told that since we received breakfast complimentary of the house we were ONLY ALLOWED to a certain section of the buffet and if we wanted it we had to pay... WHO DOES THAT!!! The group who owns this hotel needs to update their customer service training!!!! WOW... AWFUL !!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good I enjoyed too much a weekend off with my wife.
Cons: Price for breakfast is way too much. When you pay 200$ for 1 night!!!!! I found that they have to at least give you the continental breakfast in the price!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff is very professional , pleasant manner at arrival . take the time to provide you information about your stay .
Cons: I am not sure this is a negative point , but I had ordered a meal that I had before and was not the same . I was told that it changes all the time . But I guess it's ok . Just was expecting same as I had before there was more variety
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice outdoor pool and activity facilities
Cons: One of our two beds was very hard and uncomfortable, and the room was fairly small.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. On arrival our room was not ready at 4 pm. We reserved rustic room and it was not what we expected. The heater in the room did not work we were up at 4 am frozen and hardly slept. We booked there to ski the next day but because of no sleep we did not go. The room was also not very clean. No way a four star ! The staff were nice to move us the next day to another room and upgraded us to a suite for the same cost. When my partner called we were told we would not be charged the first night but on check out were told we had to pay because it was booked through booking.com. If we had booked directly with hotel they could have done more for us. I have booked so many times through booking but will reconsider being told this.
Cons: Read above paragraph.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Most of the staff and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The pool was never cleaned. Always very dirty. Too many spider webs on the windows and rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great location and good value.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff at the restaurant were awesome. Food was awesome. Room was super nice
Cons: Our tub didn't drain. Better coffee in room would have been nice.

Pros: We drove to have breakfast in Saint-Sauveur-Des-Monts which was very good and had a kitchenette in our room which we made toast and coffee. Relaxing on the back gallery
Cons: A little disappointing in the room since it was smaller than expected We have been to this motel many times before and the other rooms were more roomy and more comfortable.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was nice with firm mattress
Cons: The bathroom could use updating; the shower head in the bathtub was very basic the water pressure was poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed Excellent customer service in English Very fair rates Lots of storage for bags and clothing during our stay Our room had a kitchen with a microwave, stove, mini fridge/freezer, and an electric kettle. All appliances worked very well, and the kitchen was stocked with cutlery, bowls, plates and all necessary cooking tools
Cons: The coat peg hanger in the room was finished with a glossy paint, and our jackets kept slipping off and landing on the floor or in the wet boot tray. Wrapping the coat pegs with tacky hockey tape would fix this issue instantly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds, room newly renovated, perfect for in and out stay like skiing. Love the fact that I could park right in front of my room. Easy to bring luggage’s in. Family friendly and quiet room. The kids loved it.
Cons: The bathroom was very small and outdated. The toilet moved every time we sat on it. Although we did not shower, there was water constantly leaking out of the tub tap. I tried to close the taps thinking they weren’t closed properly but they were as tight as the could be. This was not a big issue for me. I would definitely stay at this motel again. The positives outweigh the negatives.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was what I expected small but perfect for coming back from skiing and relaxing. Staff were exceptional, very friendly . Provided us utensils and bowls for our prepared meal.
Cons: Bathroom is quite small and is divided in two parts (could potentially be made into one room ). Likely in the process of being updated or needs some updating.

Pros: Staff was very friendly.
6.3 Good
Pros: We had the 2 story room so there was room enough for three people. We had double queen beds one on each level. Very clean.
Cons: The beds were very hard making if difficult to sleep. There was a small coffee maker in the room but no coffee. It was a little noisy when our neighbour left very early in the morning.
6.3 Good
Pros: Property is well located. Bed is comfortable. Very close to highway and St Jerome downtown is close too with plenty of dining options. Very attractive pricing.
Cons: Room was cold - bed was very close to the entrance door; no tea bags in the room (only instant coffee); facilities are pretty old so it does not feel very clean.

Cons: Bathroom was tiny but we aren’t big people so it did not bother us.
