Pros (+) The Motel grounds were a pleasant surprise. As we were driving into the area, we passed a number of run down motels and businesses that gave us a bit of a concern. As we pulled into the motel parking, we saw a meticulously maintained grounds along with the owner out working. She greeted us and took care of the business end in the office. Cons (-) The air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to cool the room down the day we arrived. It was very hot and humid (in the 90's) to be fair. After dark, it did finally catch up.
