Mr Alliot was very amiable and very sympathetic to the fact that neither I nor my husband are very agile due to our ages and was very helpful with transporting our luggage to our room
Unfortunately our room was on the second floor and there was no lift which was very difficult for my husband who has a chest complaint but we have been assured that if we wish to stay another time that we should request a room on the ground or 1st floor.
