The location is perfect
Staffs were very rude, when we checked in, the reception staffs just chatted with each other for fun and leave us wait there for fifteen minutes.

The location is central. Very convenient. Close to the train station. Nice restaurants/cafes all around. A porter (an older man) with a fantastic personality deserves five stars! The rooms were clean (and bathroom as well).
The staff at the reception were not hospitable at all. Not helpful and with an attitude problem. To receive a smile - definitely was not happening. Main restaurant at the hotel - was not impressed. Dirty table clothes. The waiters tend to talk on their cell phones and/or texting while meandering around the floor while the clients are sitting at the table with dirty table clothes. In addition, I traveled with my mother who is not a young woman and we were given a very dim room overlooking some old pipes (that was the beautiful view). In addition, the room was so far away that we literally got lost looking for it. Of course, after I made a fuss at the reception (with rude staff), we were given a MUCH better room and closer to the elevator! Furthermore, the beds were not comfortable (after one day of stay - both of us had a backache). Shower had a low water pressure.
