Facilities and location.
The head cleaning person was a joy to speak with. Said if we needed anything to please get in touch with her. She took pictures, even offered to do that without even asking her to do that. The people at the front desk were very helpful.
The noise from the window air conditioning was fairly loud. The selection of food offered for breakfast was very limited.
I read pleasantly surprised. It was clean, nice and perfect for the weekend.
It was a little annoying to drive up the service road and back to get to the Main Street in Salado. I wish there had been access to the road just before the hotel. Also, there was not any shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the room, I forgot mine.
Great value for the money, excellent room good breakfast.
Access to Interstate on-ramp is a bit cumbersome, just distance.
The hair dryer would work for several minutes then stop completely. Next the breakfast was so limited and we had to ask for cups. In our previous stays at motels during October there were many warm options. Do not advertise breakfast.
The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful. Our cable box was broken, the lady at the front desk quickly came up and fixed it. I thought a left a small item in the room, same lady went and checked for me. (I later found it.)
location near where I needed to be
The hotel had a musty smell.
Really nice clean hotel. Definitely exceeds 2 stars.
Wi-Fi didn't stay connected. Hot tub still doesn't work and pool is not heated, it's ice cold.
Could not go south. Had to go mile north and loop around.
price and location
Front desk employee had difficulties on computer, took a little long too check in
