Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, describing it as central, convenient, and close to shops and restaurants. However, many reviews express disappointment with the breakfast, citing limited options and extra charges for additional items. Cleanliness is another recurring concern, with several guests noting dirty carpets and rooms not being cleaned during their stay. While some staff members are described as friendly and helpful, others are seen as indifferent or unprofessional. Amenities such as the spa and wellness facilities often do not meet expectations, with reports of them being closed, cold, or not functioning properly. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in breakfast quality, cleanliness, and amenities.
