Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near public transport, convenience stores, and attractions like Susukino and Nakajima Koen. Many found the value for price to be good, especially given the reasonable rates. However, several guests expressed frustration with the lack of staff, confusing self-check-in procedures, and occasional cleanliness issues. While some appreciated the security and convenience of automated systems, others found them difficult to use. Overall, the hotel is well-located and affordable, but service and cleanliness could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
