Breakfast was nice.
Need more choices for the breakfast. Counter staff cannot speed much English.
Excellent location very close to the subway station and very easy to find. I requested a high level room and was put near the top of the hotel which was great. The hotel is close to a couple of busy roads but the windows block out the noise well. The staff were cheerful and very helpful.
There is a very limited selection at the buffet breakfast, and the quality of the food is not as high as you would expect in Japan. There are additional charges if you want the room serviced on a daily basis.
It’s near in the station
Very near to subway, sapporo center and nakajima park.
If you leave ur baggage you will pay extra charge.
We stayed there while a big earthquake and power outage happened. While electricity and water was out of order for over 36 hours, the staff showed hardly any initiatives or communication. They seemed either confused themselves or timid or indifferent. Carrying our luggage by ourselves 7 stories high wasn't the problem, but the fact that they even didn't bother to ask if we needed a hand was, very disappointing. When we asked if we could extent our stay with one more night, as everything had come to a standstill in the city and we had no place to go, they told us everything was fully booked and we should try to check again by the end of the afternoon. That may be a fact, but no one of the staff showed signs of helping us looking for another place or another solution. Again, maybe the staff was too timid, but it felt like they really didn't care.
