Pros (+) The hotel was updated and clean, parking was in a good off-street location behind the hotel and convenient.
Cons (-) I reserved a pet friendly room, the day of the stay I received a call requesting they move me to a different room. I said it was ok, as long as it was pet friendly, I was told it would be. The new room was NOT pet friendly and caused a delay at check-in. The clerk who made the mistake was there at check out, brought up the mistake, and swore I didn't tell her I needed a pet friendly room. I showed...
