The location was probably the only thing I liked, it was just convenient and at the very heart of the town.
The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, the lighting in the rooms is not very good. The bedsheets, pillows are all very low quality, there was no duvet or blanket. There was also no water in our room on our last day there. We weren't able to use the toilet or shower or brush our teeth. The room didn't seem clean, the towels looked really dirty and old, had spots on them.
Located perfectly in the town center. El Express Cafe right across the street. Only a short walk to the beach. Money Exchange available at the entrance. Clean rooms. Large balcony. Second time staying at this Hotel.
Can be noisy at night, but we were only there a few nights. Mattresses are very firm, however, we didn't mind.
Best location you could wish for!
The bed was not really confortable
Pics are very straight forward- its exactly what you expect. NOTHING GLAMOROUS! But It is perfect if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. Its PERFECT location, and great for a single traveler. I was there for a wedding weekend, so I was barely in my room & it was perfect for me. The beds are very firm, but if you're planning on a lot of tequila and not worried about comfort its perfect. Although you barely saw the staff, I felt very safe and that my belongings were safe. I had a 4 night stay for $168 USD which I thought based on location was AWESOME. especially because I was barely there. If you're a low budget traveler/dont need luxury It's great!
Great location, half block from the plaza, two blocks from the beach, steps away from many good restaurants and shopping.
Room was very basic, view was only of inner courtyard. The design, with open stairwell/courtyard was very noisy. The family that manages it seems to live downstairs in part of the open space which is thinly walled off with lattice. That was kinda weird. Beds were very hard and pillows where pretty bad too. Room was clean, but we had to ask for bath towels. There were no hand towels at all. Sayulita is expensive. Any other town this room would be half the price.
