Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near public transport and shopping areas, as well as its overall cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Many found the rooms to be compact or small, but felt the value for the price was good. Some reviews mentioned noise issues and occasional lapses in cleaning, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives for most guests.
