Love love the room and space! Comfortable beds
The tub had a very ‘open’ view. Yeoksam station is more or less a 5-7 min walk depending on your pace. It takes a bit of an energy to carry big bags to the hotel though. Nearest exit with escalator is exit 4.

Breakfast was a sandwich, scrambled eggs, salad, beans and a piece of fruit on a plate. It was ok but I would prefer to have some choices. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Subway and bus stop can be found easily nearby.
Staff was not welcoming and they really didn't know their stuff. Front desk lady said rudely I couldn't take pictures of the hotel for my travel blog and when I questioned this decision, they had to ask from the owner who granted a permission. They gave wrong info about the time of breakfast and the bus to the airport. We were told we could buy tickets for the bus from a hotel nearby though the tickets there are only for the shuttle bus we had already told we couldn't use that early. Then we were told we could pay with Visa at the bus and we wouldn't need cash, which was not true and we got kicked out of the bus and had to find an ATM in the middle of the night in a real hurry.

There was no bar and the room temperature was not okay. Or to hot or to cold.

Facilities met our expectations, cleanliness and staff really nice and willing to help out with everything.
Overall the place is good, but the breakfast was always the same for 8 days and on the room book say that the restaurant is open for dinner until 10pm, but when me and my wife went the to check was closed. So it doesn’t worthy it for us to take the breakfast package, we could have a better breakfast on the street and cheapest.
