Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor hygiene. Service is also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and communication difficulties. Noise levels are a concern for some, especially for rooms near elevators or with poor soundproofing. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, issues with cleanliness, service, and noise detract from the experience.
