Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to key attractions and venues. Several reviewers also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, noting positive experiences with both front desk and overnight employees. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Breakfast offerings were generally considered poor or inadequate, though a few guests found them satisfactory. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding beds comfortable and others experiencing issues. Overall, while the location and service were strong points, significant improvements in cleanliness and breakfast quality are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
