Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access key attractions and food options. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, often described as beautiful and relaxing, though a few mention it is smaller than expected. Service is generally regarded as friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to accommodate requests, though there are isolated complaints about unprofessionalism or slow check-out. Rooms are appreciated for their comfort and size, although some guests note minor issues such as small bathrooms or dated decor. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it limited. Overall, the hotel is considered stylish, modern, and a great place to stay in Singapore.
