On a World Cup trip
4 lads in a double room. Value for money. Really enjoyed Sochi.
Buffet needed a toaster.
A small and friendly two star hotel where comfort and service are the watchwords. Highly recommended
Not diabled friendly - no lift and on a steep incline
Very good hotel for business and holidays in Sochi center. Clean rooms, courteous staff, very delicious cooking and good prices. 5+ I was in Sochi on a business trip in November. I was so pleased with the hotel, city and warm weather that 2 days later I bought my wife a ticket to Sochi to at least a little to combine leisure and job . 10 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the Arboretum and the Sochi Seaport buildings. Go down to the hotel to the bus stop and within 25 minutes you are in the largest oceanarium in Russia and beaches of Adler, Kudepsta and Hosta. Аfter 80 minutes you are in Krasnaya Polyana - the center of the future Olympic games (mountains, mountain breeze etc.)
Beautiful sea and mountain views.
Located up on the hill on narrow street. Far from the sea front. Even taxi drivers do not know this hotel. Plenty of stairs to climb to the entrance and inside hotel with no elevator. During 4 nights stay only one time standard maid service provided. Official taxi ride from the airport to hotel is $40 (1200 Rubles)
Quiet location. Pleasant staff. Helpful
Very difficult to find. Best with a car.
Good rooms - comfortable, good size, not old. Good views from balcony (i lived on the 4th floor). Fairly good food.
Construction works all around , noisy during daytime. There is no elevator
The location was not the best--a little difficult to find the first time but the staff was great and the rooms were more than adequate. There was a good view of the Black Sea from our balcony.
An elevator would be so nice......especially when checking in and taking your luggage up to the fourth floor!
Location is near the centre, good design in appearance, good combination "value for money", nice staff
poor cleaning of the room, poor breakfast
New building, pretty comfortable rooms, balcony...
There were 3 construction works around hotel, starting from 7AM! Impossible to sleep. Unpleasant smell from toilet canalization made us opening windows, however noise from construction works didn't let us sleep. The view from hotel used to be wonderful, probably, but no more. The district itself is not very good. Had to move out after 1 night.
