Pros (+) This hotel was in a great location and had a wonderful view of the Kenai River.
Cons (-) The room smelled musty. The sink was rusted and water took forever to drain. The toilet took at least 5 minutes to refill. The window did not have a screen and there were lots of bugs. The room was also very hot because it was in direct sunlight all day without a fan provided to help cook it down.

Pros (+) Nice view of the river.
Cons (-) Noisy room next to the bar. Noise from highway was constant, not a good place if you are a light sleeper. No parking available for hotel patrons on a busy Friday night at the hotel bar. No staff available at check out time.
