The property has parking and the staff is nice. On check-in, we realised the mattress had holes so asked the lady at the reception for a room change. She was kind enough to follow that with her manager and accommodate our request.

The facilities are below average. The pool might aswell not be a pool. The rooms need cleaning. The toilets need updating. When you can smell sewage, it’s not just a cosmetic update that’s needed. We had marks and remains of some sort on our bed sheet. We decided to check-out after one night because the whole experience was too traumatic. I understand the cost is not too high but I’ve had better facilities at other accommodations with similar price in Bulgaria.

The doors of the rooms are old and broken, so they make too much noise.

    * Free large parking and a nice quiet location * Location isn’t as far from the center as it seems, it takes around 12 minutes by foot to go to the main street with the shops etc.. The studio wasn’t that big this time compared to the one i was in last time in 2016. So keep in mind that some studios are a bit smaller than they would seem. Staff was perfect so no complaints about that. The parking in general since nowadays Sozopol could get crowded and parking is allways hard to find. There’s almost no hotels in the town that have such extra - large and free parking.

Pillows could be changed, since they were more on the “rough” side. The TV is alsol was a bit small altough there were as many channels as anyone could wish Balcony was much smaller tgan expected and there was no way to sit on outside propperly and eat there for example Lastly it should be noted that some of the walls are thin and depending on your neighbours it could get a bit loud but we didn’t have any issues with that this time.

It was an apartment so that was nice.

It was very far away from the seaside and on the way there you had to go through a very shady neighborhood where little children would block your way to ask for money. And there was no other way. Even with car the way is not paved so imagine having to drive through a desert. Then the apartment we were in had no wifi even though we were assure it would. It was very difficult almost impossible to connect. The facility is not flexible with customer requests. The staff was very rude almost acting like they don’t want you there.

We were placed in building B, so the room looked quite different than the one showed on our confirmation. The place is on a good location due to the parking availability, 10 min walk from the beach and 20 min from old town. It has nice balconies and all necessary kitchen supplies for a short stay, fridge, microwave and electrical jug. The place is quiet.

For our stay, the bed sheets and towels were not changed at all, also toilet paper and toiletries were not ressuplied. Beds are quite uncomfortable as they were two separate hard single beds and not secured from moving. Also ,softer pillows would be fine.
