Nice and clean room with the seeing to the hills in neighbourhood.

all in all very good, helpful personnel !

In general hotel is clean. Rooms big enough to spend there skiing weekend. There is a skibus, 40 years old yellow bus called "little duck"...let's say - adventure..:-) but it goes directly from the hotel to the slopes. A la carte restaurant - good.

Breakfast - disaster!!!! Personel is not really taking care of guests, looks like they are working there for their own only, completely ignoring guests. Strange, not nice at all!!, smell around bar, unfortunatelly if somebody would like to order something from the bar have to spend there long minutes waiting for bartenders response. And somehow there was one thing forgotten from the order, almost all the times..

there was a greau wiev from 9. floor. The room were Ok, but a very big chair/ekstra bed took a lot of space. Great morning buffet.

There were only stairs from 8. to 9. floor. The room was very dusty but was not cleaned even though we asked for it. The bed was as hard as oak-tree. There was no possibility of renting a refrigerator. The staff could hardly speak German and not at all English. It says that it was a 4-stars hotel, but on the bill it says 3-stars. This modern looking hotel is far away from 4-stars. Specially not to recommend to anyone with handicaps.
