On their website, it says they are DOG Friendly. They are NOT and refused to fulfill our reservation. We had to scramble and find another hotel at 11:15PM. Staff were not accommodating nor kind about it. They did give us our money back but it was a pain to find an opening somewhere else.

Cons (-) When we found the elevator was broken after checking in and the manager/owner? shooed us away with his hand, "it's broken...", I should have expected more to go wrong. And it did. The next morning the room lock ran out of batteries and no key card could open it, with all our stuff still inside. The front desk (wife of manager/owner) sent us up two times with new cards before interrupting her runni...
