The room was very clean, there was no noise in the evening, the wifi was fast and the reception staff were helpful and pleasant. That's all you need for a business trip.

The house keeping was excellent. Daily call inquiring about the quality of the breakfast and if I would like to make any changes for the quality.
Cons:
When I checked in, the guy at the front desk gave me a room that was not cleaned yet. The towels and other garbage left by the previous guest was still lying in the room. I got to know from some of the staff that this was a norm here and sometimes the front desk would give a room that was not yet vacated by the previous guest. Nevertheless, he apologized and gave me a front facing room along with a fruit basket and a glass of juice. Now what was more shocking is that why they don't give these rooms without asking since I am a Gold Elite member at IHG and there were not many guests visiting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The instructions for preparing the breakfast were not followed carefully. I ordered a vegetable omelette and I found pieces of meat in it.
