Pros (+) The location is easily accessible to most areas through the MRT
Cons (-) My first night stay was horrible. The AC in the room I checked in was not working and the staff refused to upgrade or change my room. It was over 90 degrees in the summer when I arrived with no AC. I had to argue for an hour to get a room upgrade with a 50% discount. They refuse to upgrade my room for free even though their AC was not working.
