Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access public transport, restaurants, and the airport. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was consistently praised, with many noting tidy rooms and regular housekeeping.
