good breakfast, pretty clean, good shower pressure, decent room space, great view of the Tauplitzeralm (at least I guess that was the Tauplitzeralm) from the balcony.
the hotel is kinda old, but the one huuuge problem was the nooooiiiiise! the noise from the other rooms! and another fault: the beds are stuck to the walls, so the beds tend to move a lot when you... you know... I had a nasty experience: I was in bed, I was leaning against the head-piece of the bed when, all of a sudden, the headboard started bumping arround 'cause those in the neighbouring room were... in action. So, a piece of advice for the owners: get the beds away from the walls! or, at least, don't bolt them to the wall!

They have a very good breakfast, comfortable tables at the restaurant, and a well-served dinner with soups and Salat. The receptionist was very friendly and allowed us to do a late check-out on Sunday so we could enjoy the Tauplitz better. The hotel is close to the main lift entrance and super market, and it has special discount in some equipment renting store. They also helped us when we got lost in the mountain and lose the last lift and the bus to come back.
The cleaning of the living room floor inside of our apartment could be better, because my baby found some stuff below the sofa which were not supposed to be there. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Walking with the ski equipment to the lift is manageable.
Damaged ceiling in dining room; carpet in rooms has seen better days. Small bathroom. Quality of breakfast and dinner so so..

We loved the balcony and they were very accommodating when we asked for our son to be moved next to us. We had a rainy day and one of the staff was very helpful when trying to make a decision where to go. Breakfast was good.
Car parking could have been explained better as we didn't find the hotel parking until the last day. When we came back some nights we would have liked a drink but the bar was closed and couldn't fine anyone to ask.
