10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing. The staff were accommodating and friendly!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location. They took dogs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view from the balcony on to the lake is breathtaking. When booking it would be advisable to ask for a room with direct view to the lake. As we had not done this, we had a room with only partial view to the lake. But we had our breakfast on the balcony which made up for it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I make this my stopover point whenever I'm travelling to and from Nova Scotia. It's a beautiful spot.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Ugly rooms, old, small, uncomfortable, booked a Queen bed got a double, mattress was uncomfortable
7.5 Good
Cons: Washroom shower doesnt have any pressure and its a serious issue
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean and pet friendly.
Cons: A little expensive for a motel room.
6.7 Good
Pros: The room was large and equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. No tea unfortunately... I was able to borrow a hairdryer from reception. The instructions about TV use and channels available was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom of a good standard. We had a nice view of the lake, despite it being over the car park.
Cons: The material on the two relaxing chairs in the room looked rather grubby. The curtains in the room are efficient but it would be nice to also have adjustable blinds or a fine curtain to reduce the visibility of those outside into the room through the large window. Also, it would be nice to have a window we could open for fresh air - the only opening available to air the room was the entrance door... We didn't need to use the air conditioning but when I did put it on to test it for some aeration, it made a great deal of noise so I don't think I would want to stay there during hot weather as it would not be pleasant to have to be in the room at the same time as it were on. The ramp just outside our door for access to the neighbouring room by wheelchair was slippery when wet, and my teenage son slipped on it and banged his elbow on the adjacent kerb narrowly missing his head on the same obstacle... When I reported this to reception, the person proferred no apologies and didn't seem particulary concerned about the matter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything. Location and facilities were all great.
Cons: I would have liked s hair dryer but didn't see one
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the view from the verandah near the office was beautiful.
Cons: There were 4 houseflies in my room. I borrowed a fly swatter from the office and eventually killed all of the flies, but it was annoying.
