Parking was horrible.. Half of the parking lot was blocked off..Due to some type of construction.. On a busy weekend.. so we were told we had to park at the Hilton next door!! And walk back .. insane..
Breakfast was fine. Basketball court was great for my son. Location is perfect.
The 'painting' of the parking lot was not thought out at all in terms of your patrons. The lot was sectioned off Saturday afternoon. There were no workers/painters (they didn't show up till Sunday afternoon). My son and I came back from shopping and NO PLACE to park. I was told by the young lady working the night shift that I could not park in the sectioned off area, that I could park at another hotel and walk over! I went to the other hotel and explained the insanity...she took pity on my and gave me a parking permit for her hotel even though I was not staying there (pretty sure that will be the hotel I stay at from now on and just have my son"WALK" over to the basketball court). I asked her if I could just move my car early in the morning so I could have my car close by and NOT walk down the street in the dark. She said that if I left my car there and if any damage came to (what I can only assume) the parking lot, that she would charge me for damages. No harm can to me and my son but I am still angry about it. I would like to know how your company feels about this situation.
I loved the room very spacious and loved the whole kitchen set up
Didn’t have much of a late night food option
The hotel was close to a concert venue we were visiting and the staff was great!
Nope! Everything was great!
Staff was very polite and helpful.
I didn’t like the 10$ per day for parking. I feel that should be more plainly communicated when booking. It comes off as very dishonest.
