The staff, multiple pool areas, seaside location. The grounds were lovely but in certain spots it's showing its age.
After a few days the food was all the same. It was average. Also we were told the night before we could do later check out but in the morning it wasn't available.
Great staff, wonderful poolside areas, well maintained property
The rooms are a bit outdated and the beds are not very comfortable
The staff at the bars and restaurants really do their best to make your stay great. The hot tub in the room is a very nice bonus. It was clean and everything worked great. The housekeeping was perfect. Half board food surprised us very pleasantly. You don't expect anything special about this type of diet, but it was great at this hotel. Huge selection of dishes that take turns every night. Really big thumbs up.
The feeling of night check-in was terrible. Nobody helped us with suitcases from the car. At check-in we had to fill in a lot of forms/papers that nobody could explain to us and which the hotel should be able to fill in by themselves (they wanted passport data and consent to GDPR). After check-in no one helped us with suitcases to the room. You don't expect this for EUR 400 per night in a 5* hotel. On the last day of our stay we wanted to order breakfast to the room, but the lady at the reception told us to arrange it ourselves through the room service. We had to argue with her to do it. The front desk staff also keeps telling you how expensive is your choice and they are trying to force you with a cheaper solution that means less work for them. This is absolutely unacceptable in a 5* hotel. The hotel does not have a concierge. Although the hotel advises that the reservation of parasols with towels is prohibited, but none of the staff checks this. You will come at noon to the pool, where nobody is, but you have nowhere to lie down, because (all of them) dozens of chairs are booked with towels. That's crazy. You have to exchange towels for the ID cards and you can do this process only at specified times and not every day. Does the hotel where we spend a lot of euros really believe that we will steal a towel worth a few cents? The beds in the room are terrible. These are two single beds, which constantly move independently of each other. The AC control is prehistoric.
Great rrsort. Quiet and spacious. Top level.
You dont feel equal if you dont have an all inclusive deal.
Great pools, enough sun beds.
Quite a few wasps around & my daughter got stung twice .
