Excellent large room, high level of comfort and facilities. extras such as welcome drink etc were very much appreciated. Good location, only a couple of minutes from the JR line and metro station (Meguro). We booked in as a result of being held up by typhoon, and were very happy to have obtained an excellent room when all hotels were booked out (although price was relatively high - as were prices at that time generally).
Breakfast was served in the room - only fair. Dinner was included and also served in the room - only fair as well, but convenient. Front desk staff struggled with English, and we had difficulty in communicating and getting a sensible answer to a relatively simple question - how best to get to the airport? However, another staff member came along and saved the day. Overall, these issues were minor and not such that they deserved rating the hotel lower.

The location is amazing. It's near the Meguro Station with many restaurants and shopping close
Originally we signed up for a basic room and it was extremely small. It was nice and organized but so small that I couldn't set up a suitcase. We upgraded rooms and that room was extremely nice! Not only did it have room, there was a sitting area, 70-inch tv, and tub. If you are used to western size the upgrade is a must.

Very quiet, excellent location. There is great Starbucks right opposite and Meguro station is very close. You can also go for a run by the river.
But this is what in Japan is called a couples hotel, or a love hotel. In fact there is also an hourly rate.
