My particular room had very noisy HVAC unit. No sleep..............
Good location and very nice facility. The rooms were quiet and very dark. Great for sleeping!
There is a perfume smell in the main lobby. It is not necessary. Also, the breakfast at the insight resturaunt is overpriced.
The decor and overall look of the establishment, the politeness and friendlyness of staff.
Booked the hotel with my debit card (i use my debit as a credit card everywhere else). I was not told until i got to the hotel that my debit would not work unless i put down a 300$ deposit down, ontop of my 460$ stay. As a result of this, i had less funds to be able to do what i wanted throughout my stay in toronto.
Really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. Right by the lake loved the view.
Had some construction going on (but never interrupted my sleep) decor was a little older.
Great location, room was a good size, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly
Parking was $50
Great waterfront location
I love the view of Lake Ontario from the room and the close proximity to the Air Canada Centre and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Very cool to see many of the players in the lobby.
Check in was a little hectic because everyone was trying to check in early before the game.
Friendly & accommodating staff! Great views & location!
The view, the Heavenly Bed , and the friendly & accomodating staff!
The rooms are ( especially bathroom) showing some wear. But still comfortable & nice.
This was located on the waterfront with easy access to downtown. The room was comfortable with nice big screen TV (north tower has been renovated).
Bathroom was small relative the suite size. South tower is not renovated but has slightly better lake views.
Good place to stay
Close to central Toronto, nice view
Everything was expensive, the room, the room serve and the lobby bar
Sleepless night in Toronto
Customer Service Location
First impression- No soap - though housekeeping resolved issue quickly Constant noises Rm 2616. Difficult to have a restful night. Though I would give the place another chance. I believe my issues were just bad luck.
Comfortable short stay
Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room size was above average. The bed was comfy, with crisp linens. In room coffee and bottled water included. All staff encountered were friendly. New Balance gym gear rental $5/d is a great idea (I didn't use it).
Parking is horrendous! The hotel entrance is undergoing renos - there is NO curbside signage to direct you to parking facilities. $50 valet and $40 off-site (over a block away), both with in/out privileges. The price came as a surprise to me as I had read $35 valet online when booking. Water pressure is lacking in bathroom sink but shower pressure was ok. Restaurant is overpriced. There was no hotel directoy or signage to indicate pool location, nor was it mentioned at check in.
Location location location and very comfortable beds
More food options would have been great
