Breakfast itself was good - chairs rather uncomfortable and could have been cleaner - dirty spoon and spilage on floor.

Excellent facilities and a great location. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to Toulon rugby club as it is about 50 feet from the entrance, and just a few minutes' walk from the bars on the port.
We had a shirty barman, but hey ho, it's France! He ended up apologising and gave us a whisky on the house!

The evening staff at reception and bar were extremely accommodating and very friendly. The Manager on duty was very accommodating too.
Upon checkout the receptionist was aggressive and unable to communicate the final bill professionally to us. Upon questioning instead of explaining we were treated with unneccessary aggression and rudeness. Sadly, it left a very bitter taste.
