Pros (+) Every employee that I encountered during my stay was friendly, personable and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. From the helpful front desk attendants to the breakfast chef making a special plate of scrambled eggs to accommodate an allergy. We were there for Thanksgiving, so all of these people were working a holiday, and there wasn't a hint of negativity from a single one!
Cons (-) The pool is a little small, and too cold for the parents to swim, but the kids had a blast (and that was the point of the pool anyway!).
