Pros (+) The drain in the bathroom had a horrible smell. Even the bottle of bleach left in the hallway all night did not help.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, noting its proximity to attractions, shopping, and dining options. However, many reviews expressed serious concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of bed bugs, dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast offerings were frequently described as limited or subpar, with several guests noting a lack of variety and items running out. Bed comfort was also criticized, with some guests finding the beds too hard. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members described as helpful and others as rude or unresponsive. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location and ease of access was good.
Cons (-) Wasn't the cleanest or very up-to-date. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Breakfast was very minimal, basically choice of waffles or bagels & doughnuts.
Pros (+) Location near the mall.
Cons (-) Heater was blowing cold air on one side. Room wasn't cleaned very well. Sink isn't in the bathroom with the toilet. Some of the staff was very grumpy. Hotel advertised bathtub with the room but it was just a shower. Tv picture was very grainy and unwatchable. There is a recliner wedged between the bed and wall, blocking the bed and a drawer.
Pros (+) Smell was bad. Former smoke hotel and has not changed carpet or furniture so smell is still evident.
Cons (-) Smell, noise of refrigerator in room--wow a wine!! And simply outdated furniture and need of an update. Seems like it is original to 1999.
