Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional location within the City Palace, offering breathtaking views and a unique royal heritage experience. The service was frequently described as warm, attentive, and memorable, with several staff members singled out for their hospitality. Many guests appreciated the historical charm and atmosphere, feeling like royalty during their stay. However, several reviews noted that the bathrooms and some facilities were outdated or in need of refurbishment, and a few guests felt the value for price was lacking compared to other luxury hotels. Overall, the positives of location, service, and ambiance stood out strongly.AI-generated from customer reviews
