Pros: Location is very central, close to bus terminal. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Sauna is great.

Cons: The centre main room light was broken, so the room was a little dark at night. Staff also put me in the wrong room, but to their credit they were very quick to change my room.

Pros: The staff were very professional. I wouldn’t say friendly. I got a room “upgrade”. Beautiful view at night, though.

Cons: Why is reception on the 21st floor? The room is outdated and boring. Shower looked a littler gross. Disaster struck in the morning. No kettle for coffee but no room service option. Only a breakfast buffet (which the staff themselves say is super busy so we avoided it). They flat out refused to send coffee to our room. Unbelievable for a “5 star” place.

My only complaint is that for some reason reception is on the 21st floor, it was very inconvenient because after taking the elevator to check in, then you have to go to your actual floor, and I was confused because no one told me quite where to go at first. It’s really not a big deal, I was more upset about having to be in an elevator for so long, there’s NOTHING on earth more awkward than being inside of an elevator. Other than that everything was fantastic, the location really couldn’t be better! It’s close to a shopping plaza, and it has a department store next door! AND it’s across the street from Starbucks and Krispy Kreme, that kind of convenience should be illegal but for some reason they allow it.

Pros: In the center of town, swimming pool and sauna are amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons: The wifi is extremely weak and slow.

I had a great time staying in Ulsan with my girlfriend and our friend over the weekend. We enjoyed the happy hour from 5-8 and our very comfortable room before heading out for a night of fun and enjoyable part of town with a busy nightlife.

frequently use business hotel due to local trip but lotte city was the best amongst several business hotel brands. not only for the price, but also quality of room was much better than others.

Cons: Arriving by motorcycles, we had to argue with parking attendant and front desk people about parking in the garage. They insisted we park the bikes on the street. Not professional!

This is so convenient that means to most of places you don't even need to change the line! Room is very spacious and also bath room, staff are all very kind and polite,nice view from my room window, both day and night. I enjoyed every night in sauna. It's a pity that gym entrance is same as sauna,and with the 1 entry per day policy,means if I go to gym in the morning I cannot use sauna in the night. So I gave up gym.But still fine, understand it. The staff here is very kind and knowledge able. If you ever need directions or a recommendation for places to visit or dine at.They are more than happy to help you find what you're looking for. The restaurants and lounge has great, quality food options and top notch service as well. Would recommend if you are looking for a quality stay.

Pros: Only saw the owner at checkout for the payment but he was easy to reach through messages and gave all the info we needed to get there and settle. The whole place has cute and homey decor. Clean and spacious. Breakfast facilities available and make your own style.

Cons: A bit of a walk from the main road for buses.

Pros: Room was well furnished and the blanket was comfortable. Liked that it was also close to food and the market.

Cons: The reception wasn't manned all the time and I had to wait outside the property for awhile as I arrived early. However the host was mostly responsive after I texted him. Other than that, all was fine.

Pros: It was a very convenient place considering I booked the location last minute. The bed was VERY comfortable and so were the pillows. The owner was incredibly kind and communicative. He can also communicate in both Korean and English, so I didn't have to work about miscommunication.

Pros: Breakfast was a great bonus and the location was close to buses. Very chill place, not fancy but comfortable.

Cons: Staff was not on-site most of the time, not a bad thing as it felt like a guesthouse where you were given lots of independence but travelers with more needs or wanting more contact might not like it.

Cons: We didn't have roaming mobile service so we couldn't contact the owner when we arrived. The owner only left a phone number and email at the entrance. It took a long time for him to reply to my email. Fortunately, we met other guests who were staying there and they had the code to the front door so we managed to get inside and leave our bags.

Great price, For Hotel in the centre of Ulsan city perfect location for shopping malls, always stay here when we have a night/weekend in Ulsan.

Nice central location for price to travel Ulsan in all directions. Make sure you visit Milkyway road in Tae-hwa river park across the river.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the curtains were the black-out ones and the little living room area was very quaint.

Cons: The bathroom lights' switches were a bit odd.

My family had a night in Royal suite and everything went well. The room is big enough for 4 adults and comfortable enough. The welcome drinks were a surprise. Recommended for a cost effective staycation!

Cons: Could do with extra bedding pillows as there is only 2 provided. We also struggled with using air conditioning remote not a big issue but would have made things a lot easier if there was some instructions in English.

Pros: Location for my job was perfect and the staff at check in helped when a taxi was needed, they explained in full my destination so i was happy.

Cons: I found the room to hot through the night, even though i turned down the air condition. Over the three nights, did not get one full nights sleep due to the room temperature. Breakfast was repetitive, same every day and noted same food from the previous evenings dinner being used.

Reasonable price for business hotel. But the parking lot space is not enough. Facilities and room are quite clean but compare to other shilla stay, its not that “good” and also i could smell smoking alot i guess many ppl smoke in the building

It makes no sense to pay money to use such a poor swimming pool.

Breakfast: coffee in paper cups, no espresso. Mainly Korean style breakfast. Rooms: the floor is painted concrete. Strange.... looks like old pension for schools. Swiming pool is not included, add fees is,strange as well.

We had a great room, enjoyed a delicious Korean dinner, and loved the clean and refreshing hot bath area. We didn't take advantage of the massage services. Maybe next time. This place is less than two hours from my house and in a quiet location with plenty of places to explore, so I'm sure I'll be back. Best amenity was 2 free bottles of water per room. The 3rd and 4th bottles cost as well as tooth brush and toothpaste, drinks, etc. Comb and cotton swabs are free. Only stayed one night. Breakfast buffet was included in our tour. Hotel convenience store was small. Souvenir shop was worth perusing.

Rooms were old with tired carpets. need renovation. Hotel charged KRW6000 per visit to the hot spring bath.. This was unreasobable as hotel guests shiuld be provided with free access.
