Pros (+) The suite set up was really convenient and the woman at the front desk was really sweet.
Cons (-) There were a lot of cosmetic issues that needed fixing. The lock was ripped off the door and there were several large holes in the drywall. I don’t mind that stuff, but for the price charged it would make sense to repair a few things.

Pros (+) My husband, twin toddler's and I stayed a couple of nights and were super happy with our stay! Very clean room, safe location, great WiFi, air conditioning and near shopping/restaurant. I am very picky at where we stay at and would most definitely stay here again if we come back to Des Moines Iowa.
Cons (-) The bed felt more like a full instead of a queen and the pillows were very stuff.

Pros (+) The room was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Front desk staff very friendly. I had no issues needing correcting, but they were very accommodating to the gentleman in line ahead of me who needed a later check out time. Breakfast area very clean.
