Pros (+) We were desperate and it was available and not too expensive. The girl who checked us in was very kind.
Cons (-) The room was hot and dirty when we arrived. The lady in charge wasn't nice or patient when there was a mix up with our payment. Also, she made us bring the towels and remotes for the AC and TV from our room down to the front desk when we checked out. What the hell is that?
