Location, hop on hop off bus right in front of the hotel.
Did not have a valet to help with luggage when we got to the hotel. The garage did not have a temporary parking for the hotel guests for check in. I had to bring down 6 suitcases on a trolley by myself down the garage ramp.
View. Simple elegance.
The bed was great. The location was Central to a lot of shops and restaurants. The view from the rooms was breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel.
Chairs in the balcony would have been nice. I wanted to enjoy the sunset and the amazing views.
Great hotel
Great location on Robson, walking distance to Stanley park, food, shopping and Long walk to Granville Island, decent food in adobe downstairs, all corner rooms which is cool.
Hallways are narrow and hot/stuffy. Staff decently nice but really busy so a little hurried.
Great hotel
I'll come back to this hotel . Everything is
the view, the location,
overpriced, hotel just generally need an update and some attention to detail if they're going to charge those rates.
Great upgrade, the view of the City was great.
Perfect Stay!
The vibe and location is awesome!
Nothing. All was great!
Noisy,thin walls
Perfect location
Loved being in the middle of the action on Robson street & walking to all of the shops.
I did not like the tiny bathrooms.
The staff was very friendly. The location was very nice. The view was amazing.
Lots of noise. We could hear neighbors just talking and laughing until 2:30 in the morning. You can hear all the traffic and business noises. No information on simple things like ice machines or vending machines.
