Location, hop on hop off bus right in front of the hotel.
Did not have a valet to help with luggage when we got to the hotel. The garage did not have a temporary parking for the hotel guests for check in. I had to bring down 6 suitcases on a trolley by myself down the garage ramp.
Excellent hotel in great location. Bright, airy room with sea view, excellent shower, very comfortable bed. Would definitely return.
Location great , rooms very comfortable
Access to swimming pool and its facilities poor if you have mobility issues
The room was generously sized and had a balcony with a terrific view of the bay.
The bathroom was nicely appointed, but a bit snug.
Good hotel in a decent location, staff was very friendly and it was decently priced for downtown Vancouver.
In Vancouver, British Columbia, Robson Street is one of the premier destinations, renowned for its shops and restaurants. Situated in the heart of this vibrant neighborhood is the Blue Horizon Hotel, built on a rise to command fantastic views of its surroundings.
When originally constructed, the 31-story Blue Horizon was the tallest building in Vancouver. While other buildings have eclipsed it in height, the boutique hotel still commands some of the finest views in the city. Rooms come in standard and superior style, including rooms with one king, one queen, or two queen beds. In addition, ideal for families, the hotel’s 29th and 30th floors are the home of private bedroom suites with astounding views, separate living areas, and a trundle bed, perfect for the extra guest.
All rooms come equipped with a host of amenities, including Keurig coffee makers, free high-speed wireless Internet access, and blackout drapes to aid in guests looking to enjoy the luxury of sleeping later. The hotel is also home to Adobe, a restaurant, coffee shop, and cocktail bar. Focusing on comfort food, the restaurant is open all day. The Blue Horizon also includes a business center, pool and fitness room, and meeting and banquet rooms.
Situated on Robson Street, the Blue Horizon has plenty of access to shopping and dining destinations. Bicycling is an exceptionally popular way to see the city and the hotel has a bicycle program for those who want to enjoy the sites of Vancouver at a discounted rate.
Stellar views, incredible location, and comfortable accommodations await at the Blue Horizon.
