Cons:I have stayed at hotels that cost 2/3 the cost of this place in Vancouver and were just as nice if not better. I am very confused why I paid $600 a night to stay here.

Pros:The service was outstanding. We had two suites during the day of our wedding for both wedding parties to get ready in. All of our requests were completed in a timely and gracious manner. The staff was incredibly nice and overly helpful. Thank you for making our day that much easier.

Pros:The location was good -- pretty central to downtown and only a short walk to the Skylink train.
Cons:The living room was extremely small -- much smaller than the pictures on the website. It's not a room one would want to hang out in. So for the price, it didn't strike me as a good value. The check-in process occurs in a dark, run-down room in the hotel garage. I'd recommend the place for business travel. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for leisure travel.

Cons:Although the features of this hotel are truly amazing..... We were not able to stream music via Bluetooth into the stero system from our devices. My girlfriend had made a mix for my birthday celebration we had to listen to it from the iPad
