The waterbus fro the airport stops there. It is spacious. Nice bar.
1. Check in is inefficient 2. Check in clerk misdirected us to lift and room location 3. Check in clerk did not tell us that there is now a charge for using their water shuttle (it used to be free) 4. No bedside lights in bedroom - only main overhead light! 5. No teabags in the hospitality tray in the morning.

This hotel does not count as a five stat hotel at all. In fact they only provide you a room to sleep and nothing else. The staff are very rude and money-oriented.you have to pay for every single facility like wifi, jacuzzi and etc... No water in the rooms, No swimming pool ( was at mainatanance) and still if it was open it was paid!!!WORST hilton hotel ever!!

the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful, the breakfast and executive lounge were good too , there is and shuttle thats leaves for san marco and cones back every 30 minutes
