Pros (+) Nice and quiet enough room. Very attentive and helpful staff. It is in a great location. The room was a little larger than expected and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, which was unexpected.
Cons (-) No elevator and no rooms on the ground floor. Your queen size bed may end up being two single beds pushed together, but that is not so unusual in Europe. In room coffee is a packet of Nescafe, not what you'd expect in Italy.
