Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Venice and access public transport. The staff are often described as friendly and helpful, and some guests appreciate the clean rooms and basic amenities. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, thin walls leading to noise disturbances, and dated facilities. Some guests also experienced problems with the bathroom and air conditioning. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its central location, but comfort and maintenance could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
