Very comfortable bed and large upgraded room.
We paid quite a lot for our 3 night stay. Very surprised to pay extra for use of safe in the room but no extra to borrow a kettle. Breakfast was nothing special and was canteen style. Lifts very small.

Convenient for Marina, restaurants, bars and beach! Also plenty of excellent golf courses at hand using Dom Pedro free shuttle!
Queues at reception can be problematic!

The location and the entertainment , the breakfast.
We had a few loose floor boards in our room there was no kettle or an iron available ...also the Sauna and Turkish bath and the indoor pool were out of service the main reason I booked this hotel was for the above three facilities which I could not use. They should let us know before hand.

I was disappointed that the indoor pool was out of action as was the sauna!! This was not mentioned on website prior to me making booking!! I have had a chat with the manager and she has agreed a discount if we stay with you again!

We loved the location. Thought the room was comforable and clean. Liked the pool area and thought the breakfast was good and well organised.
The reception area was slow. It needs to be a larger space with more staff. On several occasions we have to wait more than 20mins to be seen to. The staff were very pleasant but shorthanded.
