Loved the pool and grounds for the kids to run around in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when you could ahold of them. Front desk staff ALWAYS busy. Found some water bugs and spiders upon our stay. Management offered a free nights stay but the front desk was clueless when we asked about it, so we declined. Pros (+) The property is in a good central location. However, the disturbance’s and the vomiting disaster is far more inexcusable. Especially during Covid19
Cons (-) First and foremost you could have listened to my problem and actually cared. Second the mess should have been cleaned up. Last but not least the gentleman working the front desk in the red top in the evenings, and am needs some customer service training. It was obvious he didn’t care, and was short staffed. I heard him. Frankly, I don’t care. You’ll have that.

Pros (+) The room was specious.
Cons (-) The interior is dated in design. They're using some type of covering scent. The bathroom need to be cleaned better. This is not up to Hilton standards.

Pros (+) Great pool that the kids love. Huge patio with plenty of seating. A cool water slide. and a little outdoor concession/bar area to get snacks, soft drinks and beer/wine. Restaurant has a nice but pricey breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) House keeping was a mess. Had to call at least once a day to get them to bring towels, face clothes, hand towels or bath matt. Don’t think they vacuumed once during our 4 day stay. AC was loud.
