Cons: Travesseiros ruins.

Pros: The location is very good. Near airport, Camburi beach and not far from good restaurants. The breakfast is good and most of staff are friendly and they really try to help you. But not all of them...

Cons: Pricy for the offer. You can get best service and more comfort in other hotels for similar or better cost. The room is small if you have big bags. The restaurant is just ok.

Cons: The room wasn't clean and I had to ask the reception desk to change it after few hours. The entry hall was full with people facing problems during their stay. The location is close to the airport which is great. However, it is far from the city center. The breakfast was good. One other thing, the window in my room was so high I had to step on my toes to left my self up and have a good view.

Cons: There was not enough covers on the king bed for 2 people. We had to ask for more covers and they brought us two single covers . The toilet was used when we arrived and someone forgot to flush 🤢 . I thought there would be more care around corona time but I guess not ...

Cons: Nothing like the promo picture. This is a sun and sand crowd hotel: beds were very small and not that great. I was looking forward to doing some work in the room -- not really amenable. WIFI was not that great. Good value for the money if you are after the sun and don't care for toomuch comfort

Pros: The A/C unit was doing some weird thing, turning itself off at night and we'd wake up sweating our balls/boobs off. The fridge wouldn't work and it needed replacement 5 minutes after we arrived. But, these are problems that could happen anywhere. Staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently. This is my go-to hotel in Vitória!

Pros: The breakfast was fine,the orange juice served was a probably a mix of artificial mix with propper juice with sugar, a few slices of bacon would improve that and of course proper orange juice.

Cons: A few things in the bedroom were a bit old and the bathroom should have a refresher,including the towels (they were old and a bit yellowish)

Pros: Has a excellent location. Just 15 minutes drive from the local airport and minutes away from the beaches and walking distance from the restaurants and bars zone. It has been recently remodeled. Bed, bath and breakfast were very nice. It has very spacious rooms.

Cons: The room were not cleaned in of the days we stayed in. Probably a mistake in the cleaning routine.

Cons: Daughter’s room lost power... twice... and her iphone charger blew the power in the room on third day.... leaving her charger burnt...and no offer from hotel to reimburse her.... Our room had water dripping into the room from the AC..... which eventually became so bad that when we returned one night, the whole room floor had streams of water.... We were told to relocate to another room, which we did, but that room had no balcony...

Pros: Breakfast was okay, however there was not a bread toasting machine, only an appliance to make toasted sandwiches. Well run by the two young guy's. Vanesa was very helpful in the restaurant.

Cons: The left hand door leading onto the balcony could not be locked, therefore the room was not secure. The room number was 709. The wellness section stated there was a massage service at an extra cost. When we asked about this service at reception, they didn't know anything about it.

Pros: Nice hotel with easy access to the beach and a good supermarket. Large comfortable space with couch, writing desk, and room for luggage.

Cons: I was a little bit frustrating because it doesn’t have breakfast included anymore. The beaches around was very dark sand and water. Everything is near to the hotel but too expensive!

Pros: The room view was perfect . Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was also yummy!

Cons: Breakfast was not ok. Coffee was terrible and orange juice not freshly squeezed. Espírito Santo is one of the best coffee producers in the world - yet the coffee served at breakfast was terrible.

Cons: Location! It's off from everywhere except the beach which is on the other side of street. My room with even number at end (206b) facing condominium building site so never sleep later than 7am. No drawers in room. Three hangers. No cleaning of room for three days!, no safe box in room, it's classified as 4 stars, more accurate would be 3 or 3+, no tv channel guide, can't change language on tv remote so the only English is two news channels.

Cons: My "king size" bed was actually two singles together covered by one sheet. We kept falling into the gap. Also the room I got wasn't the room displayed on the pictures. But about this, I don't know if it is a booking.com or the hotel's fault.

Cons: The bed was dirty, bathrooms where tiny and poorly maintained. Breakfast had only banana and another fruit, some biscuits, white bread, butter, cake and juice all very cheap and badly served in a dirty table. Installations where old and ugly. Decoration looked like was never thought of. Staff very unprofessional.

Cons: The forniture are old and must be changed fast. Because of Covid-19 some protocol must be improved and the parking place must be cleaned with some frequence. The breakfast can be improved with some additional itens.
